2022 Market Trends

The Destin, 30A luxury real estate market continues maintaining its growth and income potential with home prices in the Emerald Coast resisting inflation. Investors know buying a beach home along Florida’s Emerald Coast will provide a strong return on their investment.

According to Rocket Homes, the inventory in Destin is low and as of January 2022, homes in Destin sold for 22.3% more than a year ago.
